Note: You’ll find us on the right side of the parking lot
(3 units from the back, look for the Full Spectrum Fitness Sign).

Tuesday:  9:00am – 8:00pm
Thursday:  9:00am – 5:00pm
Wed/Fri:    9:00am – 8:00pm
Sat/Sun: Closed
